TOOL is playing at some festival in NJ but the tickets are $80 and I have no desire to pay that amount when I've never heard of most of the other bands. I have a Japan trip to save $$ for.

So if you did know the other bands,  liked them,  you would risk japan ?


I don't know how tight money is.

I wouldn't be risking the trip either way... I'd just rather save the money for the trip. If there were more bands that I liked I'd go to the festival, but I'd still be going to Japan.

I really want to see a show there now.

 It's not always like that, but if it's an established act returning (Bouncing Souls, etc.) or a band with a following in the NY/NJ/Philly area, yeah... that happens. Plus, all the hipster-chicks you can shake your dick at, since they built a high-rise literally right next door.

 If you and Krsna plan on hitting it up, let me know. It would amuse me to have some foreign devil telling the bartenders I know that I "sent them".

Ladytron was good stuff. Mics weren't turned up loudly enough though. I liked The Faint very much too. I need to download some of their music.

In a way. I met her parents and they looked the part. I'm pretty confident she's a she. The one thing I can guarantee you is that she's small. This is an old friend and former neighbor of mine.
