remember, this depends on height. 175, for example, is perfect for my height and build. I should never go any thinner because I look sickly. And I was totally 180 last summer.

Im 10 lbs heavier now and consider myself chub. im not happy about it (not in the least) but Ive gained weight now that Im happy, awake for more than 8 hours a day and finally eating again (unlike Sept 2007- Sept 2008).
