This isn't particularly surprising.  Since I've been logging my diet and tracking such things, one of the variables I've noticed that correlates pretty strongly with how I feel is fat intake.  The other is (not surprisingly) sodium.  I generally feel much better the less I eat of either.

Of course, food tastes much more bland when you're getting ~8-15% of your calories from fat and limiting salt intake.

I had fast food for the first time in 6 months last night. I immediately wanted to go to sleep. It's like my body just shut down.

I went to the batting cage and had about 170 swings, all good now.

In other news, I felt so bad that I had eaten dinner already on Friday and the hag squad was hanging out at the cottage that I bought Libertine dinner at the only decent place to eat in Leonardtown: Wendy's. But he's thin, smart and industrious so I doubt it did him any harm...

The employees in that establishment however...

This is so funny (to me) ~ My mom was just over 5'10" tall, but ALWAYS claimed to be 5'11" ~ like that ONE INCH was going to make ALL the diff!!!  rofl

Oooo, but she actually got MAD at me, when i told the hospital that she was 5'10"!!!  Sick as a dog, but willing to go to Fist City over her height!  lol
