Moaning is a decidedly effeminate expression and so does not fly. Makes a man sound like he's taking it in the ass.
Personally I find a combination of growling, snarling, and talking dirty will enliven a lady just fine.
Ha ha! It doesn't count when she's only trying to make you think she likes it so you don't kill her when you're done.
"You want to see your family again don't you? Then stop crying and just go with the flow baby, yeah that's it! Howwwwwwl! Come on, howl with me, it's so... liberating!"

Republicans of the Christian Right stripe are always doing this kind of thing.
Ted Haggard, Larry Craig, Mark Foley, Roy Ashburn, Bob Allen, etc etc etc.
The kicker is that they're usually also the ones on anti-pornography committees and who organize pro-traditional-marriage rallies and who decry the moral decrepitude into which we as Americans have slipped. It's like a moth to the flame with these guys. They can't stay away from their vices and so they head right into the eye of the hurricane to take refuge. The hypocrisy is what's so stunning. Nobody would bat much of an eye if some "moral degenerate" like Barney Frank were caught with a gay escort, but when a shining pillar of the anti-gay movement does it it's something altogether different.

How many of you actually remember that Barney Frank DID get caught with a male escort a few years back and who gives a flying fuck these days?
