this question is too hard.  first thing I thought of the other day was 'girls on film' just for the fact it was the first well known with nudity.

the no cut vid of weezers 'sweater' was rather cool... radioheads one where they almost drown the lead singer guy was interesting...

the gorillaz vid where they are in the car was alright.

but to pick my all time. it might wind up being that twisted sister vid.
