Hurt Locker produces are suing approx 5000 people for illegally file sharing the movie. Ok, no problem with that, its an intellectual property violation. But, they're also trying to track down people who may have watched copies of the film that were downloaded, but were not the downloader's of the movie, and charge them $1500 to release them from any liability.
