1. Facebook is the gayest shit ever. I hate all the stupid applications they have, like oh now you can click this button and support kids with cancer (even though you aren't actually doing anything to support them other than clicking some stupid button on facebook so your friends will think you are some kind of facebook activist)! Yay! Or click this thumbs up button and proclaim how you "like" kittens and bunnies and sunshine!

2. People that say they want to hang out and then never actually confirm a date to go out until the day before it's convenient for them. So if someoneone says, Brook lets hang out! I say ok, lets go out Tuesday or Thursday or Saturday! Then they say, ok yes let me think about it! Then after that, a couple of other people ask me if I want to hang out on Tuesday and Saturday and I agree since the original person never really confirmed a day to hang out. Well now it's Tuesday and the original person says, hey want to get together tonight? And I say "NO I have plans now you fucking retard." Ugh.

FB has been great for getting in touch with people. Apart from that it's pretty much a waste of time, except for the Bogan Gifts app.

I refuse to set up a facebook.  It's too integrated (computers/life) for me.

I regret setting one up, because now I'm tagged in tons of pictures.

Side note: In Japanese culture it's OK to say someone is fat both to their face and behind their backs. It's not malicious, it just falls in the social category of things it's OK to talk about.

It's something of a compliment here - skinniness is frowned upon in general, so "fat" tends to be meant as "healthy".

It's a bit of a shock to the system to have someone you haven't seen in a while say, "yuh lookin' fat" and not mean anything unkind by it, though.
