Raw fish is raw fish, if it's fresh and not too polluted then sushi isn't bad, I've had some pretty good sushi rolls from a local deli. But for the most part ... I like my catfish fried.

Question: given my location, would it then be, Unwise to have a sushi dinner in a Sushi Bar? Should I research the place first and maybe find out where their ingredients come from?
