how hot is ok is up to you. i dont use jalapenos. if you like it really hot, i'd do 3 peppers.

Yesterday I passed a sign in front of a local place that still makes me snicker every damn time.

love those. the funny named or advertised signs. corn dogs are eh, in rear even less.

Most spicy stuff theses days use habaneros, I simply don't like the flavor of them and when items splash this shit across the advertising I just walk right by.

They have a flavor I dont like. jalapenos do too. hate chipotle. love thai pepper and piquin.

only like fake jalapeno flavor, unless you stuff it and wrap it n bacon.

Thinking about spaghetti tonight. I have a jar of chunky mushroom sauce and I bought an 8oz tray of sliced mushrooms to make sure it's fucking chunky. LOL

Im baking a 12 lb ham, black eyed peas and danish cabbage. right now, Im watching ER from the beginning, drinking a hard cider and i put the bottle of knot irish whiskey liqueur Zoom got for xmas on the roof of the house to chill.

I don't know what I've eaten the past 2 days ...

I think I had a few weinie-bacon something things the other night ...

pulled pork bbq sammiches tonight.

No idea; something simple ...

Bought some of that name brand bbq pulled pork once, it was say too bbq flavor. Had to give the rest away.

I actually had Ramen Noodles ...
I actually WANTED to have Ramen Noodles ...

I haven't wanted Ramen Noodles in over 10 years ...

It was good; hot and spicy ... I added Mexican hot sauce ...

I found something interesting at the store today, something you never see.

Tomatoes 5 for a dollar, but that;s not the thing, the thing is there were green ones mixed in!

I picked out the five greenest ones I could find and I bet the check out girl thought I was crazy. Can't wait to fry them tomorrow. Will have them with chicken livers and maybe instant stuffing or maybe mashed potatoes.

I love to use ramen noodles, and throw the seasoning packet out and kick em up with real meat, real veggies, spices and lots of red pepper flakes and lime juice.

And I often use the seasoning packets to make rice a roni from scratch and throw the noodles out!

The noodles do work well with ham, carrots and celery though. Do that too sometimes.

Yeah, I need to find some good Ramen Noodle recipes ...

Im making achiote marinated chicken thighs, grilled, grilled butter onion, flour tortillas, guacamole and charro beans.

I'm still drooling at the thought of fried green tomatoes. Yumm
I have used Tomatillos in the past but they really aren't tomatoes.

Oh it helps if you use a couple forks to separate the noodles. They tend to clump together.
