I agree with the law on this one. Homeless people should not be fed like this in public parks! If the old man wants to set up a shelter or can convince a church or individual to allocate their property for this then the mayor and police would have no say over it.

However I also agree that if homeless people have no recourse then shoplifting and other crimes will go up. But instead of local parks he should add his resources to an already established facility or location for this purpose.

Yeah, while I understand his charity, I do think it should be in a proper, controlled environment ...

Well you can't really say Kodak goofed, I mean they were top of the line for many decades. The SciFi logo change was a big fuckup. Sears, like Kodak were the shit for a century.
