Recently, I've been seeing a problem where a page's CSS will not load properly, and it's all just HTML garbage.

Usually, refreshing will fix the issue, but I wanted to bring it up in case other people are seeing the same problem.

I haven't expreienced that, but I'm still getting the disappearing site. Not as much as before though.
