I have finally mastered the art of ribs. They were delicious, tender, and juicy.

This guy only eats once a day.

I'm going to have pizza sometime today.

How long did those take?

They took about 4 hours.

They look good but why is the plate of them on the floor? Feeding them to the dog?

Japan is mostly crap at BBQ. Yakiniku is all good, but that's a whole new level.

They look like they have just the right amount of char on them.

Good work. That doesn't look like Showtime Rotisserie material.

Yeah the proper amount of char is critical.
I like my food tasting just a touch carcinogenic.

Don't be dissin the Showtime. I can do things with an oven stuffer and three ingredients.

I prefer the Baby George myself, as shelf space is limited with whisky bottles.

Seeing those ribs make me wish I could cook.

Yeah, cause bringing a 55 gallon drum smoker and three kids up to Philly would be a whole lot easier than you driving a half an hour to my house!

They're not on the floor Zooms, I had to put them on the edge of the counter to get the best light for the cell phone pic.
