But ok. Check this out,I've had a lighter since I was about 19, I got it in Germany from a dork that stole it off a bar and traded it for a few hits of hash, Still I've had that lighter for 47 years, Lost it hundreds of times and always somehow found it. Well the adjustment valve recently started leaking.

I looked online for parts and found My lighter packaged along with another lighter on ebay as a set. Holy shit man these are in amazing condition.
There is a flint stuck in the one I wanted, I'll have to deal with that.
But the other one a Silver~Match is from 1954 and is fucking pristine.
It looks brand new. I saw several ad's for this lighter online but this one I just got is far better than any online offerings for vintage lighters.,   
Funny thing about this lighter, it was never meant to be refilled! Nope you had to buy a new filled tank. So obviously that is why it looks so pristine. It was used until the fuel ran out and was shelved.

Yea back in business.

My grandfather had one like that, I think my uncle ended up with it ... (and he doesn't even smoke) ... I've not seeing a lighter quite like that in a long time ... 

It's made in Germany and never failed to serve me. I put it in storage because the pivot point for the slide where the screw is, well that was getting worn out so I didn't want to completely use it up. I never in any dream thought I could get another one for parts.

humm I've searched and it seems I failed to copy the original image from ebay, neither is it still listed because duh, I bought it. Maybe I can make a picture of what came.

Also the board was dead for 3 or 4 days. Explain! Na just kidding, shit happens.
