Uh yeah. They're going to be about 12 miles away from me at merriwether post. But Perry Farrell's hyper Jewiness and Trent Reznor's angstiness will be cancelled out by Tom Morello's anger.I'll probably be working on Mello's house that week anyway.

Merriweather is kind of a shitty (and overpriced) place to see a show.

I like NIN.  Trent Reznor has managed to keep putting out interesting music consistently since his debut.

I liked Jane's Addiction in the early 90s.  Their music sounds pretty dated now, to me.

Tom Morello's new band sounds kind of boring.  I also consider his "political message" to be a fraud for playing in Audioslave.

We watched this last night, on a fuckin' giant screen (a wall, actually - my friend has a Blu-ray projector), and now I really wish I could go see these guys. Soooo good.

Heh NIN... they suck big, black, pustulent, herpes infected cock.

I saw NIN a few years back at the Palace Theatre. During "Hurt" some douche in the crowd yelled out "Hey Trent, whatya doin' after the show". Nothing particularly bad, but Reznor decided that he was too sensitive a petal to deal with that, and walked off stage, while the band kept playing. Once they realised what was happening, they drifted offstage and that was the end of the show. $100 for 45 minutes of somewhat shitty industrial nonsense.

So fuck NIN.
