Had chest pains for about two hours last night. Thought I might have to make a call but they eased up and I feel ok this morning. I have a Dr appointment in a few days, I'll have it checked out.

My little sister had a massive heart attack and died in her sleep, that was back in 99, she was only 40.

I'm still on a small sabbatical for another week or so to recover ...

It was hard on her husband, he woke up and was extra quiet getting ready for work so he wouldn't wake her.
Then got home later, realized the dogs hadn't been fed and found her exactly the way he left her that morning.

I really miss her, she provided at least a voice of reason for me. Feel a bit adrift these days.
