Your language is English and your character encoding is UTF-8, so, SMF is looking in the language folder "english-utf8" for the language-related files (including button images). Unfortunately, the theme installed everything into plain "english". If you want to keep UTF-8 encoding, the easiest fix would be to copy every missing file from "english" directories over to "english-utf8". Also keep an eye out for improper theme characters coded expecting Latin-1, that won't work in UTF-8 (e.g., breadcrumb separator >>). Those will have to be manually repaired in the theme code.

So far my nine-year-old niece has come by every day this week to play her Viva Pinata game on my Xbox.  I love my little niece more than anything, but if I have to listen to her yell at the Doenut pinata to eat another berry so it'll stay in her garden one more god damned time I'm going to tape her mouth shut and shove her in the closet, I swear to God. 

She cried the first day when she found out it saved to my hard drive and she couldn't take her precious pinata garden with her when she goes back home from her grandparents', and got mad and tried to leave the game here.  Second day I gave her a USB thumb drive to save it on and I was the hero of the century.

I've moved back to Palm Bay, just south of Melbourne (the new one, not the old one) God how I loathe Florida, Tulip still hasn't figured it out, she still thinks I left her for a fat, neurotic nurse (and let her think that, it's what I planted), I start a job in Miami Monday supervising the rehab of a public lowrise and I think I just bought a half acre in WV for $400. Also sailboat next month. Glad to be back and on track.
