I've never complained about cricket being slow because I've never watched it played and I don't know how one plays it.  But I don't like it just because cricket is probably the gayest name for a sport ever.

I remember WSC in the 70's and 80's, particularly some of those West Indian bowlers like Holding and Garner. Those guys were frightening.

fuckin' A. i was at a bbq in providence with some serious sox fans, on a seriously drop dead gorgeous day, drinking beer and listening to the game on WEEI, sitting or standing around a grill, and later on, a firepit. what a fantastic day, topped off with that incredible sox win. life is so fucking sweet sometimes.
