Well, you MUST be aware by now that I'm a very technical and precise person.
Since I've never tried fixing a closet and laying pipe (in either sense) at the same time, I don't have a valid frame of reference.
Thus, "probably".
Maybe the door jam needs to be shifted back into place a quarter of an inch, which I could accomplish via aggressive held-in-the-air/pressed-against-the-wall sex.
Maybe the plumbing has caused swelling in the wood of the walls, which would be repaired by replacing some pipes, which would in turn make the walls go back to normal.
There are a number of ways that this combination could fail as well.
