I wrote about sandwiches in my french speaking preparation a while ago.
Q: What is your favourite meal of the day?
A: My favourite meal is lunchtime because usually I have a sandwich and I love sandwiches! Also breakfast is very boring.

Sadly I didn't get asked it in the exam.

My sandwich lunch today: Two thick slices of fresh sesame and poppy-seed bread baked in home bread maker this morning, two slices spanish ham, lettuce, bree cheese from Normandy, avocado, pepper, mayo and wholegrain mustard.

Yeah, Brie is not blue or smelly.  It's a very tastey, melty, yummy cheese.  And for the love of god, try smoked Gouda! Best cheese EVER.
