I just watched this show on National Geographic. Some Houston princess wants to make a quick $20,000 so she agrees to smuggle several kilos of pure heroin out of Bangladesh. And she gets caught. And she gets 20 years. And then she spends the next 40 minutes weeping "I don't belong here" "I hate this place, it smells of feces" "I'm going to kill myself".

Yes, you do belong there. It's not the Marriott, so yes, it smells of feces. No, if you had killed yourself you would have spared us a lost hour listening to your story.

Well, I imagine you could get some shady doctor in the target countries to do it relatively cheaply.

For the doctor here, you'd look for someone with a drug habit or other problems you could leverage.
