Do any of y'all know of a decent proxy service, using IE, and <cough> Vista?

i was hoping for something other members used, that they knew worked well with the browser and OS, but i've d/l'ed FireFox, and Foxy Proxy and some other add-ons,
but i did something, lost the window to select Proxy Mode, so...

Anyway, i'll try to figure it out.
