CT: Studying for JLPT level 1. First time I've tried any intense "book" study in about 3-4 years... I'm surprised at how hard it's been to get the concentration level back up. Maybe I should take some university courses or something in 2010 to keep the mind ticking over.

CT part II - I just enrolled to do economics through Massey University next year. And I'm sober

It really is hard to concentrate sometimes when I study, especially when I am frustrated.  It took me 6 hours to get through section 2.3 in Chapter 2 of my homework last night.  I have five more sections to do.  I am just going to assume that is 30 more hours I need to study in 2 days.

That is where I do the majority of my studying. It is just frustrating because I can't really go to the learning lab to get help since it is only open during the day right before I go to class at 5pm.  I sleep until about 3pm since I get off at 7am.  I slept 4 hours a night every day last week and I think it is taking its toll.  I wanted to punch the wall since one of my coworkers crashed the computer again. I need that computer to look things up on!

I thought I was well versed in the finer points of Japanese grammar. Whoops
