I got back from Vegas yesterday.  I saw Penn and Teller.

i have a weird unexplainable crush on teller.

 

He did this trick with a red ball.  It was like watching the movie The Red Balloon (original version).

CT:  Next weekend will be ridiculous.

Friday - Calling off work to sit on my couch, smoke weed, drink beers, each count chocula, and watch old cartoons.
Saturday - Pending my brother getting the night off, driving up to Philly, going to a big goth dance party, getting wasted there, and going to the Republican afterwards.   
Sunday - If I'm true to form, I will be parked behind some fast food establishment someplace sleeping.

Realizing that they have no capacity to gauge these factors, it is my opinion that when the zombies come, this little issue of predictability you have is still going to get you killed.

While I'll miss you, it boils down to more booze, weed and bullets for me.

The trip to the Republic is probably what would get me killed, less than the predictability.

If there's a zombie outbreak, that's the sort of place I would expect it to start.

I agree. Probably in the changing room by the khaki pants...

I had a French picture-book of scenes from The Red Balloon as a child. I only saw the film a few years ago.
It was an excellent film and hard nostalgic. That book was one of my few toys as a kid.

The Red Balloon made me cry.

I went to Orlando, Fl to go to Epcot center at 4PM because it was the only chance to see my brother, Dan (AspHole) in the past 1.5 years; he was there for the Advance Auto Parts General Manager's Conference ...

I hit on his district manager and one of the other store managers ...
Needless to say, after Dan (and my old friend Rob) told 'em who I was, everyone joined as I claimed victim after victim; all thinking I'm a flaming queer and just randomly hitting on them ...  The theme was asking them if they'd gotten enough "sausage" while traveling "around the world" ...

CT: It's weird to find out a new coworker you thought was in their mid 40s is really in their late 20s.

That is scary.  I used to work with a 21 year old who I thought was 31.  The "I gave up a long time ago" look is not cute.

Back to Tokyo and the cold today. I've drunk/smoked/eaten/perved enough to see me through the winter
