Look dude, there's only one thing I like that starts with Hot Black Co- and it doesn't end in 'ffee'.

ok, so you need to decide if you're looking for a place you want to live in + income, or a place for income that you'll live in. I recommend the 2nd one, but I'm a flaming queer

(sorry, nick, i'd still like very much to have you eat sushi off my naked body, but i'm trying my hand at this quoting/editing business. kind of fun. will try again.)

I recommend buying someplace as a means of losing money.

Like buying a house in Baltimore and letting me live there for free.

make sure to buy a place with good insulation.  Otherwise, your AC/heater will constantly be running.
Like yours.  Only different.

Any time, I'm usually around
Loaded-Gun.com - I don't know what the hell they are talking about or why they are even there. They don't make serious points and they don't joke, but they still manage to make a lot of posts somehow.

Psssh.

Both, of course!
ever tried. ever failed. no matter. try again. fail again. fail better.

I do that. There are tax breaks for me to do that.

Add's up to many thousands a year.
