You still aren't getting the bottom line:

If he isn't an American citizen?

The whole election is going to have to be re-done ~ no, all of sudden, Biden is prez, crap.  i don't believe it would be tolerated, to be honest.

But more than THAT,

everything this admin has done ~ laws, appointments, whatever ~ will be OUT THE WINDOW

and i pity the fool that would try to come in, after THIS fiasco, and try to hurriedly run shit past the electorate...

That's why it's so important to me, BESIDES the fact that even with all of y'all's links, this, that, AND the other,

the case is STILL ongoing, and NO answers have been offered ~ just more silence, more hiding of the facts, and more paying of the lawyers to keep his past a secret.

Sweetie?  If you don't see something BASICALLY wrong with this whole Hide-My-Past thang, i just don't know what to say.

'Cuz see?  It's not just the BC ~ it's ALL of his educational records, also.

Nah, not so much that, 'cuz lots of folks lie about different things, for different reasons, but when confronted, and asked for the PROOF,

most of 'em will 'fess up.

Well, either that or just up and disappear.

Either way, you've got the all the Proof you need.

But someone that just arrogantly ignores the requests?  That Hides the proof behind a front-line of attorneys and supporters?

It Does Not Compute.  It Is Not Logical.

Yeah, well, i could go on and on...  but y'all KNEW that!   ;D

Fyre, really. It's all a conspiracy theory and there is nothing to back it up. He produced his BC like a good candidate. All these photoshopped copies with parts missing circulating the internet are a part of it.

As Mosh said, after 8 years of that mindless chimp and his crew who lined their pockets well with our dollars while the world watched, do you honestly think Obama could get away with not fulfilling a single obligation to get to the white house? You're not stupid, I know you're not.

It's like the stupid forwards my sister sends me about what happened to the original signers of the Declaration of Independence, or the rumor that under the new healthcare system, euthanasia counseling is mandatory. It's silliness. There is nothing concrete to back it up. Just a bunch of rumor and poorly photoshopped jpegs.

Honestly? I don't know, I can only surmise that he won't because he is the president, he's a little busy, and as soon as he shows up for one unfounded lawsuit, a thousand other conspiracies will crawl out of the woodwork with a lawsuit or FOIA request attached to them.

But since his education records are not a prerequisite for candidacy to the US presidency, it doesn't really matter does it?

Why should he have to, just to satisfy you? If you were asked to do same, I bet you'd get yourself a lawyer to try to block that kind of information becoming public domain. And even though he's president, doesnt he deserve some measure of privacy, like the rest of us?

The really sad part came to me, just today, in fact.  Even the reps, at this point, won't dare to challenge it, because if it's true,

the American people will lose ALL trust in our gov

and there WILL be anarchy.

So, yeah, NOT just joking around, i DO know y'all are right, and even if you aren't?  We'll just never know.

You mean kinda like how Dick Cheney is actually a shapeshifting space alien, and the Dems knew (and know) it, but didn't pursue it because they realized how big of an impact it would have if the truth came out?

Sad, I know. And yes, that's exactly why Cheney and Obama will never be outed as aliens.

So youre saying that no one has a right to privacy anymore? No one has the freedom of protecting themselves from unwanted scrutiny by anyone? And you wonder where your liberty went?

Also, I live in a country where my Head of State is the Head of State of numerous countries, and honestly, I couldnt care less.

EVIDENTLY not ~ as i said, WE give our ID when asked for it, and the examples i gave are both apropos to the subject at hand:

for a JOB;  and for higher education

What "unwanted scrutiny?"  Do you want the job?  Give up some ID, pal.  Want to continue your education?  Ditto.

My "liberty" went up in smoke, when Bush handed over the reins to the most powerful presidency, EVER

(The reps got caught in a bit of a SNAFU, and there doesn't appear to be any way out)

to a party/prez that is going to INCREASE that power, not do a retreat from it (ReadThat: piss it away).

No, youre asking for way more than that. You want Obama to produce all sorts of documentation supporting his education, when surely its very well documented that he highly educated. Youre asking for more than his birth certificate, which has been produced and publicised widely. You dont believe his birth certificate is legit and wont be satisfied until you see a Kenyan birth certificate in his name.

Sure, you have to produce evidence of your identity and education for any job interview, but even just to be a candidate for President a person goes through a far more rigourous and thorough evaluation than any standard job interview. So, with that in mind, do you think that invasive stuff like being asked to produce academic records isnt taking it a bit far? Was McCain asked to produce his birth certificate and academic records, or would that have been seen as going too far? Evidently, enough people were satisfied with Obama's credentials to give him the job.

Re: Palin Resigns Reply #148 on: August 13, 2009, 09:15:31 AM
There are an awful lot of people who would ordinarily be considered fence sitters joining the ranks of these rude, screaming people at town hall meetings. There was recently a meeting in a small-town in Georgia, to discuss a new highway coming through. There would be two small communities, a shopping center some churches and a school displaced. The US Rep (who is black) called a town meeting for the people to be affected (who were more than 90% black and latino) to assure them that they would not be simply disenfranchised.

Unfortunately the meeting was completely hijacked by old, white, conservatives who wanted to scream about Obama and health care.

WTF is wrong with people? These rumors started by the Reps are snowballing out of control. Bullshit about a death panel so when it gets too expensive to care for grandma they'll decide to just put her down, and FEMA camps incarderating misfits and people whose land was needed by the government. And now the conservatives are screaming about their sons and daughters dying in Afghanistan, just like the liberals were a year ago about Iran when it was THEIR PRESIDENT WHO MADE THIS MESS!!!

I've long thought that the union wasn't really worth saving and the precedents set for acceptable presidential action in the process of fighting the American civil war have had long term negative repurcussions on democratic government.
